REQUIREMENTS:
Women: Ages 13 - 22, heights between 5'8" - 6'0", slim/lean builds
Men: Ages 15 - 25, heights between 6'0" - 6'3", slim/lean builds

Please fill out the application below. Photos do not need to be professional. Headshots should have no makeup, and should show your face clearly with no smile. Hair should be natural and either down or pulled back in a low pony (females). Body shots should showcase your figure, so please wear something fitted (females) or shirtless (males) so we can see your body type.
